How It Works

1.Inquiries
Please start by contacting our Tokyo office via phone(044-712-3199 / +81-44-712-3199) or email(Estimate Request Form).
Depending on the content of your request, our interpretation coordinator will ask for detailed information regarding the purpose, scale, background, budget, and for specific requirements you may have.

2.Estimate
Based on the information you have provided, after discussing the appropriate type and number of interpreters, we will prepare an estimate that best suits your requirements.

3.Client Order Placement & Contract Agreement
If you agree to the implementation plan, fee, and contract terms - please apply using the on-site interpretation application form. This submission will actualize your contractual agreement.
Our coordinator will review your order and begin arranging for the interpreter(s).*Please note: First-time customers will be asked for payment in advance.

4.Reference Material Preparation & Advance Briefing
Please provide details such as the meeting time and location, attendee information (names, affiliations, and job titles), venue layout, agenda, handouts, presentation materials, and any relevant documents that help understand the purpose and background of the communication at least two days prior to the job. This will allow the interpreter to prepare well in advance.
For assignments requiring a high level of expertise or accuracy, a preliminary briefing with the interpreter will be necessary.

5.Interpretation Day
The interpreter will arrive at the designated time and location with the necessary interpretation equipment as instructed by the client.
If needed, a coordinator may also accompany the interpreter on-site. A thorough pre-session briefing will be conducted before proceeding with the interpretation.

6.Invoice & Post-Service Feedback
We will send you a paper invoice by post by the pre-agreed-upon date.
